Guest Experience Representative (Front Desk): Seeking gracious, sales & hospitality minded applicants with computer aptitude & excellent communication skills. Year around P.T; weekday & weekend shifts. Positions at The Lodge on Lake Detroit requires ability to serve alcohol during shift. Shifts are typically 5 to 8 hrs long between 7 a.m. & 11pm.

Housekeeper: Enjoy cleaning? Seeking friendly, engergetic, detail-oriented applicants who will help create an extraordinary gust experience. P.T. year around positions & seasonal positions (ie during summer) w/daytime hours. Involves weekdays & weekends. Qualified applicants are willing and able to work some weeknds; Saturday's & Sundays.

11pm to 7am Guest Experience Representative: Seeking qualified applicants w/computer aptitude & excellent communication skills for year around, P.T Job w/predictable schedule. Typically 3 to 5 consecutive shifts per week . Involves some weekends. Primary task involves doing hotel laundry, in addition to responding to guest needs, handling guest check-ins & outs and breakfast set-up. Requires ability to stand on feet for extended periods of time.

Housekeeping Director: Seeking energetic, enthusiastic, detail oriented applicants with strong organizational & leadership skills. Responsible for cleaning, training, supervising, scheduling, and contributing to an extraordinary guest experience while maintaining the hotel's high standards. This is a year around position w/daytime hours; involves weekdays & weekends; must be willing and able to work Saturdays & Sundays. Housekeeping experience preferred.

Assistant Housekeeping Director: Seeking energetic, enthusiastic, detail oriented applicants with strong organizational & leadership skills who will contribute to an extraordinary guest experience. Responsible for cleaning & assisting the Housekeeping Director with leadership, training, supervising and scheduling, while maintaining the hotel's high standards. This is a year around position w/daytime hours; involves weekdays & weekends; must be willing and able to work Saturdays & Sundays.

Maintenance Director: Seeking applicants for year around position(s) w/daytime hrs; weekdays & some weekends at The Lodge on Lake Detroit & BW Holland House. Responsible for things such as guest room & common area repairs, pools, preventive maintenance tasks, & light grounds-keeping. Requires general carpentry skills, strong organizational, communication & time mgmt skills, & ability to climb stairs & lift up to 60 lbs

Mixologist (Bar Tender): *Position at The Lodge on Lake Detroit. Seeking applicants for experienced bar tender to prepare and serve drinks & appetizers for LoLa D's Lobby bar. Requires availability wknds & some weekdays; shift typically 5-10 p.m.; varies by season & event. Requires computer aptitude & a guest experience oriented person.

Waterslide Attendant: * Position at Best Western Holland House. Seeking confident, friendly applicants to promote & maintain safe use of waterslide by guests. Typically 3 to 4 hr shifts; after school & on wknds. Not a lifeguard position.

The Spa Within: Wellness for the Body, Mind & Soul...

Wellness Coordinator: This person assists the Spa Director with taking & confirming appointments, facilitates smooth spa operations & contributes to each client's positive spa experience. It also involves retail sales & cleaning/laundry. Requires a gracious person with computer and sales aptitude, plus excellent phone & communication skills. Ideal for individuals interested in wellness & cosmetics. P.T. year around position. Requires ability to work weekdays, some weekends & evenings. Typically 15-25 hours per week.

Massage Therapist: Seeking add'l certified/licensed applicants who are avail wknds & some weekdays. The Spa Within is open to the public & to hotel guests. Especially interested in applicants who can perform a variety of massage modalities (i.e., reflexology, sports massage, cranial sacral, deep tissue, pre-natal, etc.). Also involves some cleaning/laundry and retail sales. Applicants must be available to work weekends, especially Saturdays, in addition to some weekdays.

Aestitician: Seeking licensed aestitician who to perform skin analysis, facials, and related services. The Spa Within currently uses Pevonia Botanica, an organic, leading skin & body care product line to ensure outstanding results & the ultimate guest experience. Also involves retail sales & some cleaning/laundry. Applicants must be available to work weekends, especially Saturdays, in addition to some weekdays.

Nail Technician: Seeking licenses applicants to perform manicures and pedicures. Ability to perform gel nail services preferred, but not required. Requires pleasant, detail oriented person dedicated to providing exceptional service. Also involves retail sales & some cleaning/laundry. Applicants must be available to work weekends, especially Saturdays, in addition to some weekdays.

Cosmetologist: Seeking applicants with a Manager's License to perform nail services, facials, body wraps, waxings, eyebrow & lash tintings & design, and make-up applications. The Spa Within does not provide hair services. Requires gracious, detail oriented person dedicated to providing exceptional service. Also involves retail sales & some cleaning/laundry. Applicants must be available to work weekends, especially Saturdays, in addition to some weekdays.
