In keeping with The Lodge's commitment to be eco-conscious, The Spa Within uses organic Spalasium Massage Oils by Pevonia. Pure Safflower and
Grapeseed Oil provide an oil base fully compatible with the skin for optimum absorbency
& proven skincare benefits. Guests may customize their massage experience
by selecting from three aromatherapy massage oils (Serenity, Recovery, Vitality) or an
unscented massage oil (Clarity).
Therapeutic Massage
Beginning with a personal consultation, a therapist will customize your massage. Various massage techniques will address your trouble spots, increase circulation, and induce relaxation which ultimately leads to full body stress relief and healing. The incorporation of soothing hot towels provides extra pampering for our massage clients.

Reflexology Therapy
Reflexology is based on the idea that "maps" of the entire body are mirrored on the feet, hands and ears. By applying pressure to specific points on these area of the body, balance and healing is encouraged throughout. Request our reflexology enhancement as an introduction to reflexology within any 60 or 90 minute massage service. Or, choose a full 30 or 60 minutes of reflexology to help release stagnant toxins and restore subtle energy flow.
