What are your hours of operation?

How do I schedule spa treatments?

Call 218-847-1895 and one of our trained client service staff will be happy to explain each treatment in detail and book your appointment.
Walk-ins are welcome, however, to enjoy the best selection of spa treatments and services, we highly recommend that you make reservations at least three weeks in advance. We require a major credit card to guarantee your reservation.
To ensure our guests receive the comfort and satisfaction they deserve during their time spent with us, we base our pricing on the complete service time booked. This includes initial consultation, technical service, ending consultation and product recommendation to experience at home until your next appointment.
Do you have age requirements?

The Spa is designed for adult use. Guests must be 18 years or older. Those17 years or younger may enjoy select spa services if accompanied by a parent or leagal guardian.
What should I wear?

A locker, plush robes, sandals, towels, amenities and hair dryers are provided at the Spa Within for all guests receiving treatments. Hotel guests, please leave jewelry and other valuables in your room. Our day guests are responsible for any items left in the locker room. In your best interest, please leave your valuables at home.
Am I required to totally disrobe during my treatment?

Our therapists are highly trained professionals and will drape you discreetly and protect your privacy at all times. Traditionally most treatments are done wearing no clothes. You may wear undergarments if you prefer.
What health conditions should I disclose before my spa appointment?

A client health questionnaire is completed by all guests. Please be aware that if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure or a heart condition, services that involve the application of heat are not advised. We also need to be informed of any skin irritations, infections and/or injuries prior to your spa treatment.
How early should I arrive for my Spa service?

Please arrive a minimum of a half hour before your scheduled appointment to allow time to check in, enjoy a steam shower to unwind in the relaxation room.
What if I need to cancel my appointment?

To reschedule or cancel your treatment appointment, as a courtesy to other guests and therapists, please let us know 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for your scheduled appointment. Please note that if you arrive late for your appointment, it will end as scheduled so as not to delay the next scheduled guest.
Do you provide refreshments?

We provide complimentary coffee, tea, and bottled water in the relaxation room. Additional spa cuisine items are available for purchase. Ask to see a spa menu.
What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express, cash and checks (Minnesota checks accepted for amount of purchase. Photo ID (Drivers License) required.)
Do you offer gift cards?

Gleeful best describes that moment they open their gift from The Spa Within. It arrives beautifully wrapped, tied with our signature ribbon, and may be used towards our spa services or The Spa Within retail products.
What is the gratuity policy?

Our services do not include taxes and gratuities. In appreciation for our outstanding services, gratuities may be given to the staff at your discretion. Our Wellness Coordinators at the front desk will be delighted to assist you.

All the information provided to The Spa Within as a result of your on-line purchase, form or email communication is treated as confidential, and will not be disclosed to any other parties.
