Arrival

• Early Check-in Bonus! Receive a special 15% discount off all spa services received on Friday between 9 am & 3 pm. Advance reservation required. The Spa Within: 218-847-1895.
• 3 pm: Hotel Check-in begins
• 5 to 6pm: Women's Wellness Weekend Registration in 1200 Place Meeting Room. Pick up your welcome packet, gift, event admission tickets, & updated agenda of included weekend activities. Participate in as many activities as you wish - they're all included in your package price!**
• 8:00 pm: Give yourself a "time out" with "Mama's Night Out " Comedy Show @ The Historic Holmes Theatre. www.mamasnightout.com.

• 8:00 am - 8:45 am: Introduction to Yoga (bring your own mat, or one will be provided for you)
• 12:00 - 1:00 pm: Lunch with brief Wellness Seminar by Traci Green - Spa Director
• 1:00 - 2:00 pm: Guest Speaker, Dana Barr, from Jane Iredale Mineral Cosmetics will explain & demonstrate the benefits and basic application of mineral cosmetics. One lucky lady will receive a complimentary makeover in front of the group!
• 2:30 - 5:30 pm: Spa & Free Time
• 5:30 - 7:00 pm: Wine Tasting Event
• 7:00 - 10:00 pm: Live at The Lodge featuring Minneapolis' Jazz Duo: Pianist & Jason Weissmann - vocals & sax.
