• Elimination of most disposable paper & plastic items used for our complimentary hot breakfast by using washable dishes & utensils.
• Our lobby bar, serves a wide variety organic, bio-dynamic & sustainable wines (such as Cono Sur)) , liquors (such as Rain) and beers.
• Use of organic ingredients for appetizers & catering.
• Use of eco-conscious in-room amenities with environmental packaging.
• As part of our commitment to be eco-conscious, our day spa features Pevonia Botanica, an organic, leading skin & body care product line whose philosophy is to maintain an affinity with nature & its resources, and Jane Iredale mineral cosmetic line, which contains no fillers, potential sensitizers such as FD&C dyes, preservatives or fragrance.
